Dans ce cas-ci, nous avions un solde restant au niveau de la proposition au consommateur. Vous savez, tant que le solde n\u2019est pas r\u00e9gl\u00e9, le client ne peut pas recommencer \u00e0 b\u00e2tir son cr\u00e9dit. Nous avions des DAS \u00e9lev\u00e9s, un emprunteur avec un Beacon de 513, et l\u2019autre avec une cote Rejet. Bref, la totale. Nous avions \u00e9galement trois mois de retard en un an d\u2019hypoth\u00e8que, donc \u00e9videmment, aucune institution traditionnelle ne voulait toucher \u00e0 ce dossier. Le but \u00e9tant de refinancer afin de r\u00e9gulariser la situation, nous avons r\u00e9gl\u00e9 l\u2019hypoth\u00e8que de premier rang, de deuxi\u00e8me rang, les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s, nous avons r\u00e9gl\u00e9 le solde de la proposition du consommateur, pay\u00e9 les DAS, nous avons m\u00eame pay\u00e9 le pr\u00eat auto des clients afin que les clients puissent se concentrer sur un seul remboursement.
